Final hearing commences in ICCL - Gridco dispute

A Division Bench of the Hon'ble Odisha High Court today commenced final hearing of the ICCL – Gridco dispute. The matter has been posted to February 16th, 2005 for further arguments and, in the meanwhile, the stay on disconnection granted by the Hon'ble Court earlier continues to be operative.
