IMFA Group donates safety jackets

IMFA Group today announced that in conjunction with the Prevention of Accidents Society of Odisha (PASO) it has donated safety jackets to the Odisha Police for use by traffic police on duty in Bhubaneswar. These jackets glow in the dark and make the wearer visible to oncoming traffic thereby promoting road safety. 50 such jackets specially procured from Chennai were handed over to Mr Arun Kumar Sarangi, Superintendent of Police, Khurda District by Mr T C Hota, Vice President (Corporate Affairs), IMFA Group in the presence of Mr Maqbool Ali of PASO.

Mr T C Hota said : "IMFA Group has worked closely with PASO over the years to promote road safety. This is a small gesture on our part to protect the men & women of the Odisha Police who are engaged in directing traffic. We will, of course, continue to be a strong supporter of PASO's various activities."
