OERC proceedings stayed in ICCL - GRIDCO dispute
Stay on disconnection extended

A Division Bench of the Hon'ble High Court of Odisha today heard the dispute between Indian Charge Chrome Ltd (ICCL) and GRIDCO arising out of a disconnection notice issued by the latter. In an interim order the Hon'ble High Court extended the stay on disconnection granted last Friday and also stayed all proceedings in this matter pending before the Odisha Energy Regulatory Commission (OERC). The case has been listed for hearing on September 7th, 2004.
