Mr Jayant Misra has been appointed an Additional Director of Indian Charge Chrome Ltd (ICCL) at the company's Board Meeting held on October 30th, 2003 at New Delhi. Further, upon receiving appropriate approvals, he will subsequently be appointed as a wholetime Director to be designated Director (Corporate) overseeing the Commercial and Corporate Affairs Divisions.

Mr Misra joined IMFA Group in 1980 and has held several key positions such as General Manager (Commercial), Vice President (Operations) and until now Senior Vice President (Corporate).
