Jagadguru Shankaracharya visits Odisha

His Holiness Swami Jayendra Saraswati, Shankaracharya of Kanchi Kamakothi Peetham, was in Odisha on October 1st & 2nd. He visited Lord Jagannath temple in Puri and gave an enlightening discourse at Shri Ram Mandir on October 1st while the next day he went to Berhampur to grace the Foundation Stone laying ceremony of Balaji Medical College before proceeding to Chennai.

His Holiness Swami Jayendra Saraswati was a personal guest of Dr Bansidhar Panda, Chairman of IMFA Group and stayed at his residence in the IMFA Complex. Dignitaries from all walks of life and employees of IMFA Group besides the general public streamed in to seek Swamiji's blessings during his brief stay.
