ICCL bags State Level Safety Award

M/s Indian Charge Chrome Ltd, (ICCL), Choudwar, Odisha has bagged the prestigious State Level Safety Award by securing the First Position in the category of "Lowest Severity Rate of Accident" during the years 1999 & 2000.

This award is given by the Factory Directorate of Govt. of Odisha for outstanding performance in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health / work environment management.

In a function organised in the Factory Directorate, at Bhubaneswar, Odisha on 29th Dec. 2001, Mr S N Panda, Vice-President (Operations) received the award from Mr R C Mishra, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary( Labour), Govt of Odisha.

It may be further mentioned that in the year 1998, the Company was awarded the prestigious Safety Awards by CII (Eastern Region) for "Excellence in Safety Management" and also by the Govt of Odisha in the category of "Longest Accident Free Period".
