The Website, www.imfa.in, is owned and operated by Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at IMFA Building, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751 010, INDIA. Please read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using Our Website and Material (defined below), You provide Your explicit consent to be bound by the Terms, and the terms and conditions of Our Privacy Policy. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

The terms “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the Company and its affiliates. The term “Website” used in these Terms or in any other policies and documents referred to in these Terms shall mean and include www.imfa.in, any mobile application of the Company and/or any interface available to a user for accessing the Material. The terms “You”, or “Your” refers to you as the user of the Website or having access to the Materials.

You should ensure not to share your mobile wallet details, personal UPI pin, one-time password (OTP) or other payment information with any third party intentionally or unintentionally. We never solicit such payment information over a call or otherwise. We shall not be liable for any fraud due to the sharing of such details.
We expressly disclaim any liabilities, losses, risks, damages, that may be incurred by You as a result of using or making any purchases from any unauthorized websites/ platforms. Please note that We are not liable for any financial loss, fraudulent transactions, or product issues resulting from purchases made through any unauthorized websites/platforms.

11. Mobile Devices

If we provide aspects of Our Website via an application for Your mobile or other device, please be aware that your carrier’s normal rates and fees may apply and that the terms of the agreement within the application apply to your use of such application.
